By ordering a commission from me you are automatically agreed to the following terms.
The work will be done in 1~2 weeks/month (depends if I'm busy) please do not do business with me if you are expecting something nice and quick.
The work may take time! If you want the artwork done within an urgent timeframe please let me know beforehand.
I'm will not working on ur art if u haven't fully payed in the sketch phase.
I accept payment commonly through Gamepass and PayPal I also accept robux giftcard as payment.
Keep in mind that robux are comes w taxes. Roblox is so greedy they take 30% off of my robux. let's just say my price is 480 ur gonna pay 686 to covered the taxes.
I have full right to decline a offer if i don't feel liek doing it/comfortable.
CLIENT RIGHTS!
If you require to use the artwork for commercial use, you must have a written agreement from myself as well as to pay a licensing fee to do so. This includes selling the artwork as a product or merchandising.
You are automatically allowed to use the artwork for personal use (Such as avatars/banners)
You MAY also repost the artwork but ONLY if credit is properly given.
You are NOT allowed to remove the watermark.
You are eligible for a refund if I have not yet started the work, other situations may also apply.
You are free to request for edits during its sketch phase, if you still require edits upon its completion then there may be a $5 charge depending on the amount you need.
